Headed to Mexico

Well, I'm not but these pieces are........eventually. I completed this custom order which was not due until August, but the solder was flowing so nicely for me that I just couldn't stop with the fire!! AAhhh, good times, good times. These are all going to my friend's Tias, Abuela, y Madre in Mexico. Araceli hasn't seen her family in Mexico in a few years and she wanted to take them a love gift. These little babies still need their jewelry, but that will have to wait until my mail carrier brings the chain I ordered. It's fun to think of jewelry having jewelry. Kinda like getting Dakota (my dog) a dog, which I have actually considered. Dakota could walk her dog & teach her dog tricks.....hmmmm. Ok, I need to step away from the edge of this abyss or I will start rambling. No, I'm not rambling yet, but I'm never more than a couple of thoughts away. Is it any wonder that I have insomnia?

Back on topic (sorry)

I'm still working on my photography, I'll get it, I promise. It's pollen season in NC, so the stones still have a slight chartreuse patina, even thought I kept wiping them off. My truck has been several shades of chartreuse for the past month, not a very attractive color for a black truck. Does that make sense??

I'll have another order ready to go by this afternoon, I know!! I can't seem to stop, but my poor hands are telling me that they need some healing time.

Y'all take care , be safe & wash your hands.

Can I just tell you it's a wonder we aren't peeing pollen? My gosh it's insane how much we have eh?

Thanks Care!! We got a bunch of quick rain yesterday so it did get rid of a little of the pollen, but it'll be back. I just glad that I don't have bad allergies.

I think that is one of my Gemcutter purchases. He does great cabs. I'm waiting for his next update, but in the meanwhile, I'm going to check out your destash......vroom!!

Care, Oh please!!! Seriously???? I just looked at your new pieces & didn't even notice. I'm sure I borrowed it from someone too.

I was going to do a daisy pendant & had found some stones, went to Jaime's blog & there it was!! Not exactly what I had designed (her's is more detailed) but the same general concept. I guess all daisy pendants are going to be somewhat alike, but now I'm not sure if I should make it or not. I'll probably convo her & see what she thinks.
